August 29, 2017 (SANTA ROSA, Calif.) – Pocket Radar, Inc. is proud to announce they have extended their partnership with Diamond Nation, a company dedicated to providing top level instruction and facilities for serious players looking to take their game to the next level.
As the “Official Radar Provider” of Diamond Nation, Pocket Radar’s Ball Coach model will be incorporated into baseball and softball training curriculum and be available for purchase in the Diamond Nation Shop. In addition, Pocket Radar’s new Pro Radar System with Smart Display will now be installed across multiple fields, to relay live in-game data to fans watching in the stands.
“Continuing our partnership with Pocket Radar was a no-brainer,” said Bobby Dechiaro, Director of Corporate Partnerships for Diamond Nation & HealthQuest. “We are able to bring brand awareness to the thousands of amateur baseball and softball teams that visit our facility each year, while Pocket Radar provides our coaches, players and parents with the same powerful technology used by professional teams and players. Installing their new Pro Radar System for in-game use will be a great addition to our facilities.”
Pocket Radar’s advanced product line, including the pocket-sized Ball Coach™ sports radar and the new Pro Radar System with Smart Display, are used to train with immediate objective feedback by everyone from MLB coaches to youth sports athletes. By making crucial results like hitting power, pitching speeds, throwing speeds, serving speeds and more instantly visible, training with Pocket Radar technology helps athletes get better faster.
“Having previously partnered with Bobby and his team to utilize our Ball Coach model, we knew they would be a perfect fit for our new Pro Radar System,” said Steve Goody, CEO and co-founder of Pocket Radar, Inc. “They truly are a game changer in their ability to accommodate year round playing conditions in the Northeast region. Diamond Nation provides athletes and their families top notch instruction and facilities in an area of the country that can be affected by weather for much of the year.”
